Criminal defense attorney Tom Carley has many years of experience in defending against criminal allegations. Tom has successfully handled all types of cases, ranging from DUIs to Domestic Violence charges, felony matters, traffic charges and more.
Tom also assists clients in expunging their criminal records and restoring their gun rights. Tom dedicates 100% of his practice to criminal matters. He practices in Southwest Washington, primarily in Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Longview, Kelso, and Skamania County.
A native of Southern California, Tom attended Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Criminal Justice in 2011. In 2014, he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law, earning a Juris Doctorate. Tom’s entire legal career has focused on defending the rights of the criminally accused.
Hobbies
In his spare time, Tom enjoys hiking the beautiful Pacific Northwest, rock climbing, enjoying a good board game, and cheering on the Blazers and Seahawks. Ask him about his favorite Thai food.

He meets with clients to review the case and is in constant communication with his team of investigators.
